£100 deposit is payable on booking: balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. For booking taken closer to your chosen date full payment is charged at booking. Please note that due to high specification of furnishings and fittings, we charge a £100 refundable security deposit. The price includes bedlinen, towels, power and gas central heating, and a complimentary welcome pack. Proprietor lives in Lavenham, greets her guests, and is on hand at all times.
